A year ago Triumph updated its Tiger range, moving from 800s to 900s. Now there’s a new Tiger in the urban jungle, and this one fits bang in the middle of the two existing ranges with its 850 designation. So, what’s going on? Well, this: The Tiger 850 Sport has been designed to be a more accessible option in the range in terms of everything from price to power delivery. It replaces the base-model Triumph Tiger 900 in the line-up. all-new tracer 9 and tracer 9 gt from yamaha

After five years of Tracer 900, Yamaha has transformed the popular sport tourer into what it calls an all-new Tracer 9, complete with a GT version, too. The redesigned 890cc, CP3 crossplane inline 3-cylinder engine pumps out 117bhp at 10,000rpm (4bhp more than before) and 93Nm of torque (increase of 7%). The new engine is Euro 5-friendly and lighter than the previous one. In fact, the overall weight has gone down by 2kg. There’s a new die-cast Deltabox frame, and a more rigid, longer swingarm, both helping with weight loss and handling. This is still a prototype, but according to BMW it is not far from being ready for production. Based on the Concept Link from 2017, the new Definition CE 04 is an electric scooter designed for urban commuters. Styling is modern. Electric drive train and batteries require different space and shapes than combustion engine, so the design has a distinctive futuristic look. “Maybe it will polarise, but it will definitely stand out,” says Alexander Buckan, Head of Vehicle Design BMW Motorrad. The scooter features a large 10.25in dash, and you can connect to the machine through your smartphone.
