Each restaurant was reviewed anonymously during the compilation of this guide. The final ratings are a result of the reviewers’ reports, plus the general recommendations of our expert editorial panel. Singapore Tatler, in partnership with Mastercard, launched the much-awaited Singapore Best Restaurants Guide 2016 and Regional Best Restaurants Guide 2016 on 6 January.
