I originally wrote this month’s Editor’s Letter from the 42nd floor of the One World Trade Center in New York City. I was at the offices of Condé Nast having just had the most delightful and life-altering meeting with its CEO, Chuck Townsend. A day earlier, I met with the great Anna Wintour and a number of others from the wonderful exec team at Vogue. They were just two of a string of incredible meetings I had in the city during that trip as The Collective took a few more gigantic steps in its journey.
