Right choices can mean big savings
Late last year, I signed up for #NoSpendNovember as part of an online challenge to withhold my discretionary expenses for a month. While there were days when the deprivation only made me think more about how I could waste my money, I survived the trial. The experience taught me it is possible to break old habits. The seemingly inconsequential behavioural test became the foundation of big financial decisions I made a few months later.
