A world of surprises
I’VE BEEN IN this game – it’s too much fun to call it an industry – over 25 years now and still its propensity to reveal its mysteries, out of the blue, continues to astonish me. The classic car world has been an ever-growing entity for well over 50 years, and you would have thought that every discovery had been made, every bit of history mined and noted, but no, not a bit of it. And we have two fantastic examples this month to demonstrate that point. The first is the Marcos 1600GT.
