She’s mum to two young boys with footballer Wayne Bridge, and has an amazing body to boot – now Frankie Bridge tells Closer how, after coming second on Strictly in 2014, she’s turned to Pilates to stay trim. The 28-year-old also credits exercise for keeping her depression at bay, and says, “Working out keeps me sane. I do reformer Pilates, on an exercise machine, which I really enjoy. You get so fit doing Strictly; now I do Pilates to keep it up.”
Frankie also tells us she’s backing her former Saturdays bandmate Mollie King to victory in this year’s series.
“Mollie’s going to go very far in the competition. She’s determined, ambitious and hard-working,” she says.
