As 2020 marks 40 years since the first GS, the R80G/S, BMW have unveiled some practical changes to their smaller capacity twins, as well as a somewhat retro tribute colour scheme.
Snappily titled the ‘40 Years of GS Edition’, the new bikes feature heavy lashings of black and gold, with yellow highlights on the handguards, seat, tank and plastics. A range of other, more conventional colours are also set to be introduced; including ‘Racing Red’ for the F850GS.
