The Pitch Perfect star admits that before losing more than 60 pounds, she was eating 3,000 calories of “mostly carbs” a day. Now, she sticks to mainly fish, salmon and chicken breast and exercises five days a week. “I don’t think I’ll ever go too skinny,” says Wilson, 40, “but I feel so much healthier.”
