I’ve been thinking lately about how the fast-paced world we live in rarely allows us time to relax and rejuvenate outside the comfort of our own home. My standard week consists of work, training sessions at the gym, dinner catch-ups with friends and family, amid all the chaos of daily life and the “joy” of commuting from one destination to another through Sydney traffic.
