If I had to pick one reality TV show to watch all day, every day, it would have to be MasterChef. I love watching the contestants create masterpieces using the simplest of ingredients, but most of all I love learning which products and appliances they use for their culinary feats. I often wonder if the contestants’ time with MasterChef changes how they bake and cook after leaving the competition. With this in mind, I interviewed two of our favourite ex-MasterChef contestants, Julie Goodwin and Reynold Poernomo. Make sure you flick to page 36 to find out what they have to say about all things kitchens, appliances and products. fit for a masterchef

Let’s face it — it’s hard not to get addicted to MasterChef. I for one have been following the show since its launch, and I can confidently claim that I’ve picked up most of my cooking techniques from watching MasterChef contestants battle it out for the ultimate title. The season currently airing has been as entertaining as always, and incredibly insightful too. We’ve seen laughter, we’ve seen tears, and we’ve seen some incredible technique and amazing dishes. The appeal of this thoroughly addictive show is no doubt its success in placing everyday home cooks in a kitchen full of products and appliances that are accessible to an average household, and showcasing the way they create incredible dishes. While we may never be able to cook all the dishes we’ve seen brought to…
