... a baby will truly be like. When you’re pregnant it’s almost impossible to see beyond the birth. Looking back, I spent nine months worrying about the birth of my first born and gave little thought to what life with a baby would be like. It turns out birth isn’t that bad (okay, it’s no walk in the park, but it has an end point), while having a baby is the start of a lifelong journey of highs and lows.
