CLEAR YOUR THROAT Covid-19 obstructs respiratory pathways with thick mucus, which solidifies and blocks airways and lungs. However, the virus remains in your throat for 3-4 days before it gets to your lungs, so during that time you have a window of opportunity to kill it off with the following measures: DRINK LOTS OF HOT LIQUIDS.
