I don’t know how else to say it—this new volumizing mascara is better than the one you’re using. Too Faced’s Damn Girl is superior to the dozens I’ve used, at least. “Very rare” and “very small.” That’s how the FDA described the occurrence and risk of breast-implant-associated anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL), a cancer of the blood that usually forms in the fluid and scar tissue around implants and in rare cases can start as a breast mass.
