Avocado Quick Bread
I love to have avocados on hand, but they sometimes get too ripe before I eat them. This is a tasty, unusual way to use them. It sounds a little weird but tastes amazing! You get all the benefits of avocado in a moist baked good. To enjoy as a dessert, serve warm with chocolate or vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.
