A 2-YEAR-OLD child was killed when a bus carrying a Wittedrift rugby team, staff, supporters and family members, crashed near Plettenberg Bay on Saturday after its breaks allegedly failed.
According to information, the bus had travelled on a detour road connecting on to the N2 – because the Saasveld Road near George is closed due to flood damage – and plummeted down an embankment.
