You’ll need: • Half a bag of chocolate chips• 250 mL (1 cup) full fat coconut milk• 60 mL (¼ cup) butter or coconut oil• Mini marshmallows, seeds, dried fruit, nuts or all of the above• Small baking dish lined with parchment paper What to do: 1 Heat the chocolate, milk and butter or oil on the stove or in a microwave, stirring until the chocolate is melted. 2 Stir in a handful of the fillings you are using. 3 Pour the mixture into a baking dish. A small forest lay at the foot of a large mountain. The mountain cast a dark shadow over the forest and its animals. Sometimes the shadow was longer, and sometimes it was shorter. But it was always there. Bear felt grumpy when she looked at the shadow, and she was mad at the mountain for making it. She longed for adventures in the warm sun.
