You’ll need: • old potato, rinsed• jar• water• toothpicks What to do: 1 Fill the jar almost to the top with water. 2 Place the potato so it sits about halfway into the jar. If it falls in, stick toothpicks into the side to hold it up. 3 Place the jar in a sunny spot. Add fresh water every few days. After about one week, do you notice anything different about the potato?
