Strawberry Milkshake
2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
1⅔ cups frozen strawberries
2¼ cups oat, almond, or rice milk
¼ tsp vanilla extract
In a blender mix the bananas, strawberries, milk, and vanilla. Serves 2

Chocolate Chip Milkshake
2 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen
2 dates, pitted
1¾ oz dark chocolate (54 to 65% cacao), chopped
2¼ cups oat, almond, or rice milk
4 Tbsp vegan chocolate sauce (see page 85)
In a blender mix the bananas, dates, chocolate, and milk. To serve, drizzle chocolate sauce into the bottom of tall glasses or mugs. Pour in the milkshake and enjoy with a straw. Serves 2
