Grilled Chicken and Avocado Wrap
Ingredients
• 1 whole wheat tortilla• 100g grilled chicken breast, sliced• ½ avocado, sliced• 1 handful of spinach leaves• 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt• 1 teaspoon lemon juice• Salt and pepper to taste Instructions
1. Spread Greek yogurt on the tortilla.
2. Add grilled chicken, avocado slices, and spinach leaves.
3. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
4. Roll up the tortilla, slice in half, and enjoy!
