Corrie star Jonathan Howard, who plays roving-eyed Carl, isn’t sure his character is cut out for commitment, either. “In those moments Carl is with Abi, he’s like, ‘I am really into this person’, so I do think his feelings are genuine,” he shares. “But then, in another moment, Carl might see someone else who he decides, ‘Oh, I quite fancy a bit of you as well’. Having filmed the first series of SAS: Rogue Heroes in Morocco, Alfie Allen knows exactly what it takes to pull off thrilling stunts in the North African desert. When did you find out you’d be playing father and son? Jacob I found out when they were casting for the role of Brody. I didn’t know about the Mick and Lou situation at that point, I just knew they were bringing Kit’s son in.
