NOT being able to open his door to the community didn’t stop Lumkile Mzukwa from launching his dream project, Lumkile’s Book Joint, during lockdown. In the heart of Gugulethu in Cape Town, he created a space – an extension to his home – where people can relax and read books. GAMMON SAMP AND BEANS The gammon adds a rich meaty flavour to ordinary samp and beans.
