It’s well into barbecue season, and if you’ve had enough burgers and sausages, it might be time to try some organic alternatives. Sarah Tanner, of Greenleaf Organics, has released a cookbook titled GLO, $35, focusing on nourishing, plant-rich meals. Below she shares her take on the BLT, using tempeh – a soy product that’s rich in magnesium, protein and vitamin B2, among other goodies.
