In my 20s I signed up to do a rather unusual outdoor activity in Anglesey, which is a beautiful coastal part of Wales. This activity involved putting on a wetsuit, crash helmet and life jacket, and jumping off cliffs into the sea. Now, it’s important I point out I am absolutely terrible with heights.
