A: Hi Amelie. Yes and no, I’m afraid. Small amounts of some human food on the odd occasion may not be too bad, BUT be careful, as many human foodstuffs are toxic and can likely kill our beloved pets. Some of these nasties include avocado, chocolate, alcohol, grapes/raisins/ sultanas, macadamia nuts, garlic/onion/ chives, coffee and xylitol (sugar-free sweetener used in things like chewing gum), to name a few.
