Every day—every single day—someone emails, calls, or texts me about a restaurant recommendation. I wish I had a dollar for every text that says, “Hey, what’s the newest place I should try out for dinner?” Or, I often get, “Where’s a good place for a group dinner? Like, can you get me in?” Not so surprisingly, I cannot, my friends. The restaurant scene is exploding, and I think it is exciting, especially given the last two years that our chefs and servers have had to endure. I am so glad it is booming!
