I can’t stop thinking about The Judds. I know, we don’t typically eulogize celebrities in the magazine, but Naomi’s passing has stuck with me. Let me say, I did not know the Judd family personally. I have met them all at one point or another, but I would not say we are friends. But that doesn’t mean my heart isn’t broken for Wynonna, Ashley, and Larry. I have one particular memory of meeting them as a kid. I think it was about 1987 and my dad was doing security (he was a police officer) at Fan Fair.
