Easter is early this year, so to give you plenty of time to plan your roster of palate-teasing, bliss-making recipes for the long weekend shimmering into view on the horizon, we’ve made this our special issue. It’s another tricky moment, though, isn’t it? As I write, I have no idea whether restrictions will be lifted to the point where we’re allowed to invite another human being across our threshold. There’s a limit to the number of times I can sort out the garage – or, rather, plan to sort it out. Somehow it never gets tackled after the daily rigours of work, cooking and the bottomless pile of washing up, overlaid with listlessness. But I digress.
