FULL ENGLISH Serves: 2 Prep time: 20 mins Ingredients ▶ 120 g chicken sosaties▶ 4 rashers back bacon▶ 3 T olive oil▶ 2 eggs▶ 100 g button mushrooms▶ 150 g vine tomatoes Method 1. Preheat grill until hot. Place chicken sosaties and bacon on an oven tray and grill for 5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside, keeping warm. 2. Place mushrooms and tomatoes under the grill and cook for 5 minutes, turning frequently. 3. Heat oil in a pan. Crack eggs one at a time and fry until set to desired consistency. Remove and keep warm. 4. Serve with baked beans and hot sauce. EGG AND CHORIZO PIZZA Serves: 4 Prep time: 15 mins Ingredients ▶ 1 large pizza base▶ ½ cup tomato puree▶ 1 cup mozzarella cheese▶ ½ cup black olives, pitted and halved▶ ½ cup hot peppadews, chopped▶ 100…

1 COURGETTES & EGG FLAT BREAD Serves: 4 Prep time: 20 mins Ingredients ▶ 200 g store-bought bread dough▶ 2 cups mixed cheddar and mozzarella▶ cheese, grated▶ 3 sprigs thyme, removed from stalk▶ 4 eggs▶ Salt and black pepper▶ 100 g courgettes, sliced and grilled Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a rectangular tart dish. Roll out bread dough on a floured surface. Place on the prepared tart dish and flatten it out with your fingers to fit. Bake bread for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and make 4 holes with a cookie cutter. 2. Sprinkle cheese and thyme all over the bread. Crack one egg in each hole. Season with salt and pepper, and return to oven to bake until eggs are cooked and cheese has melted. Remove and serve with grilled courgettes…

CREAMY LEMON CHICKEN Serves: 4 Prep time: 30 mins Ingredients ▶ 4 skinless chicken breasts▶ 1 chilli, finely chopped▶ ½ onion, finely chopped▶ Sea salt and black pepper▶ 3 T oil▶ 3 T butter▶ 1 cup chicken stock▶ ½ cup cream▶ ½ lemon, juiced▶ 1 bunch coriander,▶ chopped roughly Method 1. In a bowl, grind the chilli and onion to form a paste. Season with salt and pepper. Rub mixture all over chicken breasts. 2. In a large saucepan, heat oil and butter. Brown chicken on all sides for 10 minutes. Add chicken stock and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cream and lemon juice and cook for 5 minutess. Add coriander. 3. Serve warm with roasted potatoes. STEAMED ASIAN SALMON NOODLES Serves: 4 Prep time: 25 mins Ingredients ▶ 4 salmon fillets▶ Bunch coriander, chopped▶ 3 red chillies, chopped▶ 2 cloves garlic, crushed▶…

PERI-PERI CHICKEN FEET Serves: 4 Prep time: 2 hrs Ingredients ▶ 500 g chicken feet, cleaned▶ 2 cups chicken stock▶ 2 T oil▶ 1 onion, finely chopped▶ 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped▶ 4 red chillies, finely chopped▶ 2 tsps smoked paprika▶ ½ cup tomato puree▶ 1 tsp brown sugar▶ ½ lemon zest and juice▶ Bunch coriander, finely chopped Method 1. In a saucepan, add chicken feet and stock, bring to boil and simmer to cook for about 1½ hours. Remove feet, reserve the stock and set aside. 2. In the same pan, heat oil and sauté onion, garlic and chilli, cooking until translucent. Return the chicken feet only, stir to combine. 3.
