Writer and comedian JENNY ECLAIR has written five bestselling novels, and was the first woman to receive the Perrier Award. DREAM JOB Your book pages and interviews are my absolute favourite – as an NHS midwife, they’re a real bit of escapism for me. If I could spend my days reading and reviewing books, while doing some upcycling and knowing it would bring in enough money, I’d be set for life! Claire, by email TIME FOR TEA It’s worth pointing out that putting milk in tea can drastically reduce its health benefits (There’s a Tea for That!, June). A study in the European Heart Journal found that black tea significantly improved arterial function, but adding milk completely blunted the beneficial effects. So, drinking tea without milk appears to be the best way if you want to improve your heart. Mandy, by email FRIENDS FROM AFAR I enjoyed Fiona Gibson’s article Social Media – It’s Not All Bad!…
