THE JACKET A classic denim jacket will always be in style, but for a new-season update, shop the white, tan or alt-length designs. STYLE TIP If you are looking for great high-street denim, head to Whistles THE STRAIGHT LEG Super-flattering and versatile, if you only invest in one piece, make it the timeless straight-leg jean. STYLE TIP Stay ahead of the fashion game by doing the double with different shades. THE WHITE JEAN Granted, they’re not for everyone, but the new-drop whites look chic with a loose tee in a matching colourway. Weekend dinner? Work your palest pair with a printed jacket and loafers instead. STYLE TIP On trend, but super relaxed, a frayed edge is our go-to for directional weekend wear. THE DRESS For a feminine take on denim, think button-down midis and dunga-style pinafores. Here come the girls… STYLE TIP Team a sleeveless…

SHAPE SHIFTERS The new Lee Body Optix denim collection uses laser technology to create optical illusions that flatter your figure - think pockets to round the bottom and strategic seams to lengthen legs. Can we have Kendall’s face, too? GAME-CHANGING Prepare for... ath-denim. That’s right, athleisure is infiltrating jeans. Aussie ‘street-meetssports’ label P.E Nation is going into denim with stonewashed skinny styles with zips and stripes that work perfectly with sports tops. TORTOISE DENIM Pioneering LA sustainable brand Tortoise Denim uses a ‘wiser wash’ process, with recycled water and minus the toxic chemicals to achieve vintage-look denim. OH, GIORGIO Giorgio Armani is launching a small, sophisticated capsule that is to a pair of ripped jeans what dinner at Scott’s is to a slice of Pizza East, if you will. The Luxury Denim Collection features tailored Armani classics…
