yeah, baby!

WE’RE FREE! WELL, almost. I’m not going to go into the ‘vax v non-vax’ debate as I personally feel if you want to carry on similar in life to pre-covid you need it. I’m double vaxxed and my 5G antenna is working awesomely. No phone calls drop out and my internet connection has never been better! Anyway, being able to ride pretty much wherever we now want is such an awesome feeling and having a heap of new bikes landing in the garage I almost forgot I had to slog away in front of the computer and type out this issue! LOL! The weather has been a mixed bag of late too. Rain, no rain, hail, thunder, wind and some of the most glorious sunshine and perfect mid-twenties temps have made for…

get on, get routed!

Now that our international borders are about to, or already open, international motorcycle shipping industry outfit, Get Routed has made some decisions about bike shipments to Europe in 2022. For 2022 there will be no shipments to Athens or Barcelona. All 2022 shipments will go to Felixstowe in the UK. This is part of a gradual opening up for Get Routed who have done no shipments for almost 2 years - Covid 19 has done a lot of damage. First 2022 shipments will be loaded so bikes can be collected in Felixstowe, UK (England’s East Coast, 110kms from London) on Monday 4 April. There will be another shipment so bikes can be collected in Felixstowe on Monday 11 July. Return shipments will be loaded in Felixstowe on Monday 18 July and Monday 10 October. For…

bmw s 1000 r m sport

LIGHTER, FASTER AND SO on and so forth. You’ve heard these words before for many other bikes on the market – bikes are continuously getting lighter and faster and to say the new BMW S 1000 R M Sport supernaked feels far lighter and far more stable than its predecessor is not only true, it is an understatement. The M Sport version of the S 1000 R is obviously the top of the range and is packed with drool worthy TEST goodness. As against the ‘standard’ S 1000 R, the M Sport comes with an M endurance chain (basically a DLC coated longer life chain), M GPS/lap timer, Akrapovic titanium muffler, M Sport seat, M lightweight lithium battery and M carbon wheels (sooo sexy!). Weight has been one of the main…
