Editor’s Letter
There are few certainties in life. In fact, there’s a famous quote that states the only two sure things are death and taxes. I’d argue there are a few others, like it will always rain when you leave the hairdresser, the item you just bought at full price will be on sale the next time you visit the store, and the one ingredient you need to complete your entertaining dish won’t be available at the supermarket the day you need it – or perhaps that stuff just happens to me?! I’d also like to think that the sun will always rise and the tide will continue to turn. The flipside of this is, of course, that each time it happens, we find ourselves a day older.
