The past couple of years have taught us all several important life lessons. Whether that’s the ability to accept the unknown, the power of creative solutions, the level of our resilience or the importance of connection and togetherness, but perhaps one of the most fundamental learnings was the significance – and value – of our personal health and wellness. I never used to think too much about it. As long as I was feeling okay-ish, which I thought was as good as it gets with a young child, a full-time job and the other commitments that make up life, then I was on track.
