I like to think of myself as a positive person. If something’s wrong, I look to find a solution. If something’s out of my control, I try(!) to let it go and move on. But lately, well, lately it’s been hard. A never-ending pandemic, climate change concerns, rising living costs/interest rates have added extra pressure to all our lives. On a personal level, sometimes just getting three tantrum-prone kids fed and dressed and off to daycare/school with my temper (and outfit) intact is enough to tip me into a negative mood. And I’m not the only one.
