We had some exciting news in my house this week. My daughter Madeline has been accepted into the hall of residence that she had her heart set on. She is the youngest of my four children and with just one term left of high school, the world is full of possibilities. She’ll be heading down to the University of Otago to study commerce and psychology , and over the next few months we’ll be making lists about what she’ll need to take and planning out the road trip.
