Most of us know the benefits of exercise – not just for our physical health, but for our mental health, too. But there are a myriad of reasons (excuses?!) we tell ourselves in order to avoid it. I know for me, a smoothie and a walk to work in the morning sets me up for the day ahead and I absolutely love reformer Pilates. The truth is, however, I’ve let both slide this year.
