In her new Apple TV+ documentary My Mind and Me, the singer and actress, 30, shows fans what her life has been like over the past six years as she endured painful lupus flare-ups and difficult mental health challenges. After being hospitalized during an episode of psychosis in 2018, Gomez—who recently revealed to Rolling Stone that she has sought inpatient treatment four times—was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. “I’m gonna be honest.
