Since I live and work on the east end of West Palm Beach, I’m up and down Flagler Drive multiple times every day and keep tabs on the coastal neighborhoods—what’s being built, what’s being renovated, who’s moving in. During those forays, one house in Northwood Shores had captured my imagination for years, less for its grandeur than for its potential.
