Tiger Woods and Erica Herman’s breakup has turned messy. The pair split in October after six years together, and according to newly surfaced court documents, Herman, a former restaurant manager, 38, has sued the pro golfer, 47, for $30 million. Herman claims she’s entitled to live in Woods’s Florida home for five more years, per an alleged contract with a trust Woods controls; she maintains that trust employees “locked her out of the residence, removed her personal belongings and informed her she could not return.” In a March 13 response to Herman’s request to nullify her NDA, Woods’s attorneys wrote: “Ms. Herman is a jilted ex-girlfriend who wants to publicly litigate specious claims in court, rather than honor her commitment to arbitrate disputes in a confidential arbitration proceeding.” A business source…
