This new production model of the NSX is powered by a twin turbo charged V6 engine that provides 573 hp and 476 lb-ft of torque. Additionally, the NSX also receives power from an all-newthree-electric motor Sport Hybrid system. The extra power from the electric hybrid system makes for blistering acceleration and an estimated top speed of 191 mph. A new nine-speed dual clutch automatic transmission is paired with a direct drive hybrid motor/generator. Power is stored in a lithium-ion battery mounted low in the chassis. This energy is channeled to the front wheels by a Twin Motor Unit (TMU). Powering each front wheel independently, it can induce yaw while cornering to provide incredible lateral grip. This new four-door sedan took the automotive industry by surprise with its raw power, gorgeous Italian styling and heritage backing it up. This new front-engine sedan packs a 2.9-liter Bi-Turbo V6 engine that produces 505 hp and 443 lb-ft of torque. This makes for a power-to-weight ratio that’s near 7lbs/hp. Apollo Automobili, the automaker formerly known as Gumpert Sport wagenmanufaktur GmbH, has introduced a brand new model into their upcoming lineup, the Apollo Arrow. Unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, the Arrow is being called a hypercar by Apollo and from the looks of the car, that moniker is deserved. When they started building the car, they put an incredible amount of effort into having the most fluid aerodynamics possible, while keeping the target dry weight of the car at 1,300 kg (2,866 lbs). As for the final design, they landed on an exterior that was “inspired by the carnivorous ruthlessness of the ocean.” Yes, it’s the shark of the road. Spearheading a new era for Aston Martin is the DB11, one of the most refined automobiles that the English automaker has ever created. This new era is named the ‘Second Century’ plan by Aston Martin and if the DB11 is a sign of things to come, it’s going to be a fantastic century. The exterior and overall styling of the new DB11 benefits from a few highlights that are easily noticed upon first glance. In the front, the signature grille and clamshell hood carry the classic Aston Martin styling. Built around the sporting DNA of the V8 Vantage GTE racecar, the new GT8 is a road-ready sports car that’s backed by the English brand’s powerful 4.7-liter V8. This engine is able to put 440 hp down to the wheels through either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed Sportshift II paddle-shift automatic transmission. Helping to save weight are a few new components, starting off with a new standard-fit lithium ion battery and carbon fiber sport seats. Customers will be able to drop even more weight through the optional carbon fiber roof, polycarbonate rear screen and rear side windows and a titanium exhaust system.
