WHEN PLANNING THE NEW design of a home, sometimes the placement of color just may be the most important aspect. The pinks, purples and reds of flowering shrubs, the brilliant blues of sparkling waters and the bright greens of perfect landscaping — these are the colors of spring. Designer Marc Thee joined forces with Affiniti Architects to reveal the beauty of nature in the contemporary design of a new 12,500-square-foot “Billionaire’s Row” house on the exclusive island of Palm Beach.
