I’m homesick. Man, am I homesick. Australia is a special place to miss at the best of times, let alone the worst. With our international mobility being restricted due to COVID-19, there is a very particular pain that comes with realizing you can’t get home—well, easily anyway—even if you wanted to. Which is why this cover story, starring Melissa McCarthy and photographed in the beautiful Australian region of Byron Bay, fills my heart (once I got done tearing up).
