The World's Fastest RIB
Swedish professional freeskier Jon Olsson is known for his love of expensive and outrageous vehicles, and has experienced the most aerodynamic forms of travel himself. Together with company Bernico Powerboats, they have designed and created the world’s fastest rigid inflatable boat (RIB) ever – the C’est Normal 52R Hybrid. While many of us resort to extreme sports, expensive supercars, or marriage, to live dangerously, Jon and Bernico took a chance and manufactured a head-turning full carbon speed yacht – one that took four years to build. The Hybrid 52R is packing two 1,550 horsepower (1118 kW) 9.0 litre V8 Mercury Racing engines - 3,100 horsepower (2311 kW) on tap.
