when do guys who lead busy lives (work + family, etc.) carve out time for workouts?

—@mattiley EASY, MATT! Just set your alarm for 6:00 A.M., meet your trainer in your home gym, and knock out a sweat before the kiddos wake up and your wife or personal chef makes you breakfast. Wait, what’s that—you have to be at work by 6:00 A.M.? (Hmmm.) Or you’re just getting home from work at 6:00 A.M.? (HMMM.) Or you’re not a morning person, or your kids are early risers, or you don’t have the cash for a home gym, much less a trainer? Or maybe there’s no one to make you breakfast?! Jeez. Q My wife thinks my breakfast is weird, and my kids make fun of me. Old-fashioned oatmeal + low-sugar whey-protein powder + beet powder + baobab powder + matcha powder + maca powder + psyllium husks + pumpkin-pie spice (cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg) + turmeric powder + frozen wild blueberries + almond butter.
