FRESH SPACES These days, many vacation homes have become year-round spaces for families swapping crowded cities and suburbs for ocean living during the pandemic. And designers and architects have been working around the clock to transform these weekend homes for day-to-day living, providing improved places for children to do schoolwork and play, upgrading mom’s (or dad’s) home office for efficiency and comfort, and creating more welcoming spaces where the family can gather for every meal.
