Windows lets you take screenshots, crop them, annotate/mark them (to highlight or explain something) and share. To take a screenshot, press the Windows key+ the Print Screen key (on some PC’s you’ll need to press Windows+ Function+Print Screen). You’ll know the screenshot has been saved when your screen flashes.
Open This PC in Windows Explorer, Pictures, then Screenshots to see all your files. Double-click the one you want to edit (by default, it will open in the Photos app). Next, click the ‘Edit & Create’ dropdown menu.
To crop your screenshot, click Crop in the dropdown menu, then ‘Crop and rotate’. Next, click and drag the image’s borders to crop it, click Done, then Save.
To annotate/mark your screenshot, click the ‘Edit & Create’ dropdown menu again, then click Draw.…
