We’re often asked for suggestions for a healthy dessert that still feels super-indulgent. Solution This is a twist on the classic Italian sweet panna cotta (translated as ‘cooked cream’), but is much better for you and simpler to make. Firstly, don’t worry about faffing with gelatine sheets. This recipe uses chia seeds to set it, which are not only hassle free, but they are also loaded with fibre, protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
