Schlitterbahn Waterpark co-owner Jeffrey Wayne Henry and two employees, as well as two companies involved in building and operating the 17-story Verrückt in Kansas City, Kans., were indicted on March 21 on various charges, including reckless second-degree murder, in Caleb’s death.
