As we get into May, and (fingers crossed) to a relaxing of the lockdown restrictions, one of the things I am most looking forward to is eating at restaurants again. As I write this, the last time I ate out was at my local pub, in the beer garden, in December. While it was great food and lovely company, it was a little cold! All being well, restaurants will be able to welcome us back inside this month, and I can’t wait. In this month’s issue, we’ve been thinking about takeaways – for many people over the last year, ordering in has become a bit more commonplace, for ease after a busy day of working, or to celebrate a special occasion when leaving the house isn’t possible.
