Every now and again, a subject comes to our attention that, in our view, deserves extraordinary coverage. Some six months in the making, the special feature ‘Is Electric Boating Green?’, by magazine standards at least, represents a significant body of work. Specially commissioned for exclusive publication in PBR, its author, Dave Marsh, is one of the most respected and trusted maritime journalists in the business. So, when I was deliberating as to who might possess the right credentials and be brave enough to take on this challenging assignment, Dave was at the top of my wish list.
